These Sale Terms govern the purchase and sale of products from Atelier Azel, United Arab Emirates (“Atelier Azel”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
We may update these Sale Terms from time to time. However, the version in effect at the time you place your order will apply. We recommend reviewing the Terms whenever placing a new order.
Our Website is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online e-commerce platform enabling the sale of our products and services.
1. Orders and Acceptance
Each order placed through the Website constitutes a non-binding offer from you to purchase products in exchange for payment.
Orders are subject to acceptance by Atelier Azel. We may refuse an order at our discretion, including (but not limited to) circumstances where:
• You provided incorrect or incomplete information (e.g., inaccurate shipping address).
• An error appears on the Website relating to the product ordered (e.g., incorrect price or description).
• The product is no longer available.
• Shipping limitations apply.
• We have reason to believe you intend to resell our products.
You will be deemed to have received order acceptance only when we issue a shipping confirmation email. The initial order-confirmation email is an acknowledgment of receipt only.
We strive for accuracy in product information and pricing. If an error occurs and we have already accepted your order (via shipping confirmation), you will not be charged more than the price at checkout.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal purchasing age in your jurisdiction or otherwise have parental/guardian consent.
2. Pre-Orders
These terms apply to any product marked as a Pre-Order Product.
• Pre-Order Products will ship as soon as available, and the estimated dispatch date will appear before checkout.
• Your payment method will be charged shortly after the order is placed and before shipment.
• Pre-Order Products may vary slightly in size, color, or composition due to the natural materials used in Atelier Azel rugs.
• All Pre-Order rugs are woven specifically for you. Estimated lead time: 8-10 weeks.
3. Product Availability
Listing a product on the Website does not guarantee its availability at the time you attempt to place an order.
4. Payment
Accepted payment methods include:
• Visa
• MasterCard
• American Express
• Debit and prepaid cards
• Apple Pay
• Samsung Pay
• Any additional methods supported by Atelier Azel from time to time
VAT will be applied at the rate in effect at the time of purchase.
5. Shipping and Delivery
• Shipping and handling charges are included in the final displayed price.
• Products become your property once delivered.
• In-stock products are shipped within 3 working days from order receipt.
6. Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.

7. Right to Cancel (24-Hour Cancellation Window)
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
To exercise this right, email us at hello@atelierazel.com with your order number.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 45 business days.
No fees will be charged for refunds.
8. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death, personal injury, or any matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We are not liable for defects resulting from:
• Incorrect or inappropriate use
• Normal wear and aging
• Neglect, accidents, or lack of maintenance
• Alteration by the customer or third parties
• Failure to follow instructions
• Unauthorized repairs or handling
Our products are intended for private residential use.
We are not liable for business-related losses, including loss of revenue, opportunity, or profit.
9. Events Outside Our Control
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, labor shortages, transportation delays, power outages, or supply-chain disruptions (“Force Majeure Events”).
10. Privacy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11. Partial Invalidity
If any clause in these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain in full effect. Any affected clause will be replaced with a valid one that most closely reflects the original intent.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
